Maria Mendoza is an Oregon licensed real estate broker with Bella Casa Real Estate Group serving McMinnville and Yamhill County. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Maria helps a diverse range of clients feel confident and supported through buying and selling, and makes the process more accessible for Spanish-speaking families.
Before becoming a broker, Maria spent 17 years in banking and lending, which gives her a strong understanding of the mortgage and financing side of every transaction. She also serves as Vice President of McMinnville Area Habitat for Humanity, reflecting her commitment to homeownership and to the community she calls home.
